About Us

Nathan Card is the Founder of Card Consulting LLC based out of Kansas City, Missouri.

Mr. Card has 20 years of experience in the construction industry starting with framing and general labor for residential and small commercial projects. After college, he started his professional career as a scheduler for Power Generation with an ENR top 10 contractor working on numerous projects and estimates across North America including Co-Gen, Gas, Coal, and Solar power generation.

Since 2017, Mr. Card has worked closely with various contractors on USACE projects in the Kansas City Area.

From 2017-2019, he worked under contract with a large Federal Manufacturing facility in Kansas City, Missouri to develop schedules and setup Earned Value metrics for a Multi-Billion dollar defense program.

From 2014-2017, Mr. Card worked as a scheduler for a Top 30 Contractor based in Missouri managing schedules for Data Centers, Schools, and High-Rise Residential projects. Additionally, Mr. Card developed and deployed various data visualization tools allowing schedulers and project management to make more timely decisions regarding schedules and budgets.

From 2007-2014, Mr. Card worked for an ENR top 10 Contractor working on numerous projects and estimates across North America including Co-Gen, Gas, Coal, and Solar power generation. Mr. Card also matured the Project Controls department processes, and helped develop a company wide training program centered around Primavera P6 scheduling software.

From 2005-2007 Mr. Card worked as a research assistant at Iowa State University and scheduling consultant for the Iowa DOT on a combined $129 million Roadway projects through downtown Des Moines, Iowa.
